What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and negotiate service contracts focused around building maintenance
Prepares the most complex bid and contract documents, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Bid, Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and includes specifications provided by internal clients.
Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management by developing and maintaining effective communication with key suppliers in order to provide equitable value to both entities. This includes monitoring supplier performance and implementing corrective action as necessary.
Lead negotiations with suppliers and supplier’s agents.
Reconcile end user issues with supplier performance.
Update and enter supplier information in the computer system.
Building 3 month rolling forecast for budget planning

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related major.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical ability.
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors.
Proficiency in Word and Excel, which requires a detailed understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
