What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of accounting experience
Manufacturing industry and/or cost accounting experience required
Budgeting experience (strongly preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management
Analyze product costs, pricing structures, and manufacturing efficiencies to identify cost-saving opportunities
Lead accounting functions (month-end close, prepare and review journal entries, general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations)
Partner with operational leaders to develop various KPIs/Metrics to ensure optimal organization efficiencies
Identify, development and implement new processes/procedures to increase the efficiency of the accounting processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
Handle ad hoc projects to support team
