Procurement Lead

Job Title: Procurement Lead

Location: Granite Falls, MN or Remote

Schedule: Flexible - Remote or In-office

Introduction: As our company experiences rapid growth, we are seeking a capable and experienced Procurement Lead to join our team.

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually

Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure, historically ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 OR additional significant PTO.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in interpreting drawings and specs.
• Skilled in reading and analyzing contracts.
• Responsible for procuring raw materials from initiation to completion.
• Able to independently handle procurement processes.
• Capable of diffusing and mitigating stressful situations effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction procurement.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and minimal need for supervision.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of contracts.
• Reads specs and can interpret what needs to be purchased. 
• Proficient in managing procurement processes for raw materials.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel, primarily for supplier site visits and onsite training.
