Salesperson (Full-desk Permanent Recruiter)

Title of Role: Full-Desk Recruiter / Permanent Placement Recruiter

Compensation: 
$65-75k Salary with 20% Commission from day 1 

Schedule: We offer a hybrid schedule at PRS; however, there is an expectation that during the initial training period (we expect this to be the first 3-6 months), each employee will be on-site 4-5 days per week. 

Benefits: Retirement (4% match), Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision), 11 Paid Holidays, PTO (3 weeks of PTO until year 5, then 4 weeks after your 5th year with PRS), along with mental health & wellness benefits. 

Who We Are: Primary Recruiting Services (PRS) is a multi-practice professional search firm with five areas of focus: Accounting & Finance, Energy, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Client Services. We are built on a team of highly trained and specialized recruiters that focus on providing a solution-based sales approach to our clients. We support over 900+ clients Nationally, spanning across a multitude of industries, and a training program that is second-to-none, which allows for a fast ramp-up for you as you build out your book of business. On target earnings for year 1 range from $102-$150k+, with expected on target earnings after year 2 averaging $175k+.

What We’re Looking for:
·Positive attitude and strong work ethic
·You need to have an internal drive to succeed. That drive can come from personal pride, earning potential, competitiveness, etc…. but it MUST be there!
·Strong communication skills
·Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple pressing tasks simultaneously
·Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and have strong typing skills
·Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines
·Bachelor’s degree 
·Minimum 3+ years in a career oriented sales/customer 
What You’ll Achieve:
·As part of the PRS team, you’ll help our clients Fortune 500 organizations through start-up sized companies find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field. You’ll act as a “match maker” for both the client and the candidate alike. 
·Conduct full-desk recruitment activities to Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for active openings with our clients (via phone/virtual settings)
·Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients
·Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume review
·Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential candidates & clients
·Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, extending written offers, set start dates, etc. 
·Collaborate with client management to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales, and strategies
·Work closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline for PRS 
·Develop new clients through marketing and business development efforts (cold calling, outbound email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, cold texting, etc.)
·Manage relationships with existing customers in your territory/market
