DESCRIPTION
Performs clerical and administrative duties for the FOG/POOL/FOOD program. Answer incoming calls, process payments, enter complaints, scan manifests, file, reconcile payments, and other duties as assigned. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills, focused customer service skills, and excellent problem-solving skills as a requirement. No driving is required on this assignment. Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE:
Requires a high school diploma or a GED.
EXPERIENCE:
One year of clerical/customer service experience is required.

PHYSICAL EFFORT:
The position is physically comfortable, the individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc.
 WORK ENVIRONMENT:
There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions.
PHYSICAL SKILL:
Requires the ability to make simple gross motor responses within large tolerances.
