Our Client is a manufacturer of high-quality solar panels based near the Katy, Texas area. Their mission is to provide reliable, durable, and efficient solar panels that meet the needs of residential, commercial, and utility scale customers. They are hiring Forklift Drivers.
What will you do as a Forklift Driver?
In this role, you will be responsible for moving stock from one area to another within a warehouse environment. You’ll load and unload shipments of various sizes.
Loading and unloading trucks, containers, and pallets with precision, ensuring that goods are properly secured to prevent damage during transportation.
Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dock area, including removing debris and obstructions, and ensuring clear pathways for equipment and personnel.
Inspecting inbound and outbound shipments for any visible damage, reporting discrepancies, and working with the team to resolve issues.
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations and participate in safety training.
Performing routine maintenance checks on forklifts, report any defects or issues, and help with recharging batteries or changing propane tanks.
Desired Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
3 years of experience operating a sit down forklift.
Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

This is a 24-7 production facility; we are looking for team members to be flexible to work any shift.
