2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement Salesforce projects from inception to completion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.

Roadmap Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and build a roadmap for the continued development and enhancement of Salesforce functionality.
Data Management: Oversee data integrity and cleanliness within Salesforce. Implement best practices for data quality, cleansing, and deduplication.
Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales and service performance. Customize reports based on specific business needs.
Integration Management: Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations with other business systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data between Salesforce and other platforms.
