Description
Good communication skills, coordinate appointments with families to discuss the relocation process. Schedule families' reservations with the hotel management. Set appointments with moving companies. Will perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to prepare reports, prepare payments and track expenses. Perform daily operational tasks. Must be detailed oriented is a priority, be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be Bi-lingual Spanish/English. Know how to operate office equipment. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and comply with AP 2-2 rules.

KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. as might normally be acquired through attainment of a high school diploma or a GED
LICENSE:
May require a valid Texas driver's license and compliance with the City of Houston's policy on driving.
EXPERIENCE:
6 months of experience are required.

PHYSICAL EFFORT:
The position occasionally requires stooping or bending. Occasional very light lifting, such as three or four reams of papers or books (up to 20 pounds or an equivalent weight) may be required.
 WORK ENVIRONMENT:
There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions.
PHYSICAL SKILL:
Requires the ability to make simple gross motor responses within large tolerances.
