Job Description
Position: Regional Sales Manager
Work Location:  US - Central / Remote

As the Regional Sales Manager for Luxury Jewelry, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within your designated region. You will lead a team of Sales representatives, foster client relationships, and uphold the brand's reputation for excellence. Your role is pivotal in achieving sales targets and expanding our brand presence. This role requires extensive travelling across USA at Client locations, Trade shows and at different work locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the central US region, aligning it with the company's overall brand goals and objectives. Identify Focus Accounts
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Travelling to and growing Focus Account relationships
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze sales data and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. Working with analyst to develop and maintain the County Sales Plans
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and product assortment to meet customer demand.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual merchandising of the stores within your region, ensuring that displays are aligned with the brand's image and appeal to target customers.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Training sales representatives on brand's Selling System
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports, CRM updates, highlighting sales performance, market insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional sales budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and cost control measures.
Experience and Skills required:
  • Proven experience in luxury jewelry, with a minimum of 10 years.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability and readiness to travelling across regions as required.
  • Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
$150,000-$175,000 + bonus
