A Los Angeles based streetwear/ lifestyle brand is seeking a Brand Creative Director (Marketing Team) to lead and shape strategy and tactics across marketing channels. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working alongside the brand founder and senior leadership.

As the Brand Creative Director, you should possess a strong track record of creative excellence. You will play a key role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, taking responsibility for the brand's image and how it is perceived in the world, constantly seeking new ways for the brand to evolve and continue to move forward.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement a creative strategy for the brand in a way that’s rooted in our success as a viral, internet centric brand

  • Be a leader that can translate your ideas into marketing executions 

  • Be responsible for the development and refinement of Tier 1 and Evergreen creative formats that the brand uses in imagery and video across channels

  • Lead regular presentations with your direct team and partner teams to help inspire top-notch execution and overall buy-in of the brand vision you put forward.

  • Oversee the end-to-end creative development process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints

  • Act as a collaborative and passionate champion of the brand, the customer, and the team.

  • Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, including designers, artists, photographers, and agencies, to ensure the delivery of high-quality design assets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the fashion industry, along with a proven track record of creating successful brands and creating content across both top of funnel and social channels

  • Excellent understanding of the creative process and a strong creative vision

  • Keen eye for detail, excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Ability to keep a pulse on the fashion and cultural zeitgeist including, but not limited to, brand, content, social relevance

  • Awareness of streetwear culture and trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and resonates with its target audience.
