Luxury mattress company with a royal following is hiring a Business Development/Sales Associate for their new store in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Omni channel sales for our community via retail floor, email/text outreach to clientele
- Takes an active role in business development activities through networking events and other development activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key metrics.
- Increase customer conversion and retention by fostering a culture of best in class customer experience, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and deliver a thoughtful, hands-on memorable customer experience.
- Be fully responsible for a shift in our store (guest experience open/close)
- Host virtual and in-person stylist appointments, focused on increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales, especially among new customers.
- Manage the visual merchandising standards to reflect the high quality of our product.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of sales experience. Luxury experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a proven track-record driving sales
- Excellent networking and business development skills
- Motivated self-starter with a positive can do attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent under pressure and can adapt quickly in an ever-evolving environment
- A flexible schedule that matches the needs of a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible to work on weekends and holidays

$60,000 - $70,000 + commission
