Business Development/Sales Associate

Luxury mattress company with a royal following is hiring a Business Development/Sales Associate for their new store in Houston, TX. 

Responsibilities:
  • Omni channel sales for our community via retail floor, email/text outreach to clientele
  • Takes an active role in business development activities through networking events and other development activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key metrics.
  • Increase customer conversion and retention by fostering a culture of best in class customer experience, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and deliver a thoughtful, hands-on memorable customer experience.
  • Be fully responsible for a shift in our store (guest experience open/close)
  • Host virtual and in-person stylist appointments, focused on increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales, especially among new customers.
  • Manage the visual merchandising standards to reflect the high quality of our product.
 

Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of sales experience. Luxury experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven track-record driving sales
  • Excellent networking and business development skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive can do attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent under pressure and can adapt quickly in an ever-evolving environment
  • A flexible schedule that matches the needs of a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible to work on weekends and holidays

$60,000 - $70,000 + commission
