Small growing fine jewelry company is looking for an Office Coordinator. Sugarsinc and rightclick preferred.  Duties include providing support to team by assisting in daily office and general administrative needs.  Strong excel and 2 - 5 years of experience.  Must be detail oriented with strong organizational details.


Responsibilities
  • Daily Digital & Manual filing on Sugarsync
  • New Stock check-in using Right Click
  • Maintain & update the inventory as needed
  • Handling shipping inbound and outbound
  • Coordinate repairs
  • Office Expenses Maintenance
  • Coordinate photography merchandise
  • Maintain & update the image library on Sugarsync
  • Assist in weekly and monthly reporting on selling
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks
  • Provide back up and support for co-worker
Skills
  • Extremely organized and orderly
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic – proactive to find and resolve problems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel; Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree 
  • A minimum 2-5 years of experience in jewelry or related field required to apply for the position required
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
