Looking for an experienced Digital Product and Ecommerce Director who has a passion for optimizing ecommerce websites for growth and for conversion optimization. This role will be a critical part of the ecommerce team and will help to shape the direction of digital product for the company. The ideal candidate will oversee the digital product roadmap, build product requirements and manage the delivery process, and optimize the website experience. You will oversee digital product, ecomm merchandising, and the partners agencies. Key Responsibilities
Oversee Digital product and experience (UX/UI) and ecomm merchandising, primarily on Shopify Plus platform
Build and manage the product roadmap to optimize experience, conversion, and continuously evolve/innovate company's digital product
Define and prioritize digital product and UX/UI features, business case, requirements to support company's ecommerce goals and business models (B2B, B2B2C, Marketplace, 2nd Home, International, etc.)
Manage SI / development agencies relationships and RFPs
Responsible for keeping the sprint cycles running on time, on budget and within business expectations. Communication is key in this role.
Report out on all releases and the ROI and success of each key feature
Supervise ecomm merchandiser and coordinate weekly/monthly tasks related to HP/PLP/PDP catalog management, website pages and shops refresh, pricing and promos, features deployment and testing
Analyze ecomm performance and identify opportunities for optimizations (funnel from entry to add to cart, traffic and CVR patterns across pages/shops, CVR drivers, engagement metrics, “leakages”, etc)
Qualifications
10+yrs experience in ecommerce as a Product Manager or Ecommerce Manager
Deep knowledge of Shopify
Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Experience writing business requirements and overseeing QA
Solid understanding of the ecommerce technology landscape (Shopify & tech stack)
Knowledge of basic UX principle's and ADA
Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical partners
Proficient in JIRA / Atlassian products
Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Ability to meet deadlines and manage a budge
Analytical and data-driven
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Salary ranges are based on experience and qualifications ranging from $150,000 to $185,000.
