COSTING COORDINATOR
Role:
- Compile & Maintain Product Costing for Each Season.
- Calculate Margins, Sell Price and Percentages to work with management for our sales team’s use.
- Create & Maintain Pricing Library.
- Maintain our AMT System up to date once pricing has been finalized.
- Work with manger to negotiate prices with factories
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Proficient with excel spreadsheets and ability to work on several projects with different deadlines.
- Good computer & math skills a must.
- Good reading and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Product costing experience a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Request and maintain costing for all products.
- Prepare cost sheets for all accounts to review and work with management to then return to sales team.
- Keep line sheets up to date with pricing and MOQ (minimum order quantity).
- Create and maintain pricing library by factory.
- Maintain pricing files by factory and account up to date.
- Communicate with overseas factories on pricing and review pricing issues as needed to provide Production VP complete details.
- Communicate with Sales Team on any pricing needs
