Their beautiful products are at their core, but equally important is their cohesive team. As part of the Dallas store team, you are an ambassador of the company, responsible for strategic sales generation, customer service, and operational excellence. Leadership
Assist Director of Sales with leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Assist in training and developing a successful sales team
Serves as an expert in company culture, store operations, and company policies and procedures
Communicates with Director of Sales regarding day-to-day operations and team relations.
Supports and helps execute directives from Director of Sales.
Sales Generation
Assist customers by reacting to their wants and needs, offering jewelry that fits these needs.
Use a client book to develop and cultivate their own unique client base that generates sales consistently.
Reach out to clients in book about new products, promotions, trunk shows, and other newsworthy happenings at the store.
Maintain personal store Instagram to keep clients up to date on new products and generate sales + contribute to companywide Instagram
Involvement in the community/social settings to attain new clients.
Collaboration with Director of Sales/Sales Team on selling events in-store.
Works alongside Director of Sales on CRM strategy
Customer Service
Greet customers and offer exceptional customer service throughout the entire selling process.
An expert in product knowledge and continuing that education as new product arrives.
Answer customer inquiries through email and phone promptly.
Follow up each sale with a thank you note.
Merchandising
Have comfort with a tagless merchandising system.
Utilizes inventory systems to gain knowledge of description, price, and stock quantity of all inventory in store.
Replenish merchandise often to ensure that sold pieces are replaced by back stock.
Have a good grasp on where back stock and sale merchandise are located to present appropriate pieces to customers in-store.
Procedure
Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Attend sales team and company-wide meetings.
Assist with 2x / year inventory and monthly cycle counts in-store.
Helps to maintain a beautiful shopping space for customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business or related field
Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Customer service oriented
Ability to work as part of a team and interact collaboratively with others
Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury preferred
Job requires flexibility (weekends and occasional evenings)
