Creative Agency disrupting the industry that does marketing, branding and manufacturing looking for HR Director.  Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.  2 Days in Office in Brooklyn. 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Identify emerging HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
    • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for all positions.
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
    • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews for key positions.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
    • Develop and implement programs to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
    • Handle complex employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  4. Learning and Development:
    • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.
    • Identify learning needs and opportunities for career development, succession planning, and leadership development.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
    • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure the organization's compensation practices remain competitive.
    • Collaborate with finance and other departments to develop and manage the HR budget.
  6. HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
    • Use data to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR activities.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future HR needs and proactively develop solutions.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
$165,000 - $185,000
