Growing Manufacture looking for VP of Operations or Manufacturing for Mattress Facility. Will be report to Principals and located in NYC or Wisconsin. Will be travel between the two. Generous salary plus benefits.

Manage plant, facility and factory
Managing operations ensuring optimal performance across functions, including cut and sew, closing/sewing, assembly, pack out, and shipping.
Spearhead management, negotiation, and optimization of the international and domestic supply chain to support growth and enhance margin performance.
Negotiate supply agreements and pricing structures
Oversee the expansion of manufacturing capabilities
Manage factory and warehouse including leases, contracts, operations, coordination, design, and setup for all divisions of the company
Manage product development
Running department
Should be strong in manufacturing
Know how to cut costs
Some knowledge of Kids mattresses
Will oversee 50 people but not all direct reports
Know how to set labor rates and be able to find labor
Looking for new machinery
Should have some sourcing capabilities, finding fabrics and other components from overseas

$200,000 plus discretionary bonus
