The marketing team is currently looking for an Ad Creative Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative and engaging creatives that not only convert but also resonate with our target audience, leaving a lasting memory. Your responsibilities include A/B testing hooks for video ads, collaborating with designers to produce a minimum of 10 creative images weekly, and enhancing the view-through of videos through compelling thumbnails. Additionally, you will work closely with our content team to craft commercial-style YouTube videos, short-form TikTok ads, and retention/retargeting videos that cross-sell our product lines, ultimately boosting sales and fostering brand loyalty. [Ideally the candidate is located in Miami FL, however remote USA candidates will also be considered].

  • Develop innovative and engaging creatives that convert and resonate with our target audience(s) and leave a lasting memory.
  • Increase conversion rate of the ads by A/B testing a minimum of 2 hooks per video.
  • Work with designer to create a minimum of 10 creative images a week.
  • Increase the view through of our videos by testing and creating more engaging thumbnails.
  • Work with our content team to develop videos for Youtube in a commercial style format that leaves a lasting positive memory of the brand.
  • Work with our content team to create short form Tiktok ads that allow us to scale in the platform.
  • Work with our content team to create strong retention/retargeting videos that cross sell our different product lines and make people want to try other product drops.
  • Create 2 videos per drop based on our best performing assets to increase sales of each campaign.
  • Create 1 video for each drop that sells the story of the campaign to increase brand loyalty.

  • Experience utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy.
  • Ability to analyze data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Tripple Whale, or Motion.
  • Experience performing consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources.
  • Able to collaborate with Post-Production, Production, and your Director to produce videos.
  • Writing scripts with copywriter and copy for video and static image ads.
  • Ensuring visuals match creative strategy outlined for the ad.
  • Giving feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad.
  • Executing on feedback given by your Director.
  • Able to analyze the results of creative tests and utilizing this analysis to iterate.
  • Identifying top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis.
  • Identifying effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure timely implementation of design changes and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts, A/B test proposals, and data-driven insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box, contributing to the creation of visually appealing and high-converting designs.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving business needs.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
