Digital Marketing Manager

A women's collection is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with VP of Marketing to develop, recommend, and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns to drive sales, brand perception, and overall customer interaction across a variety of devices and touch points. They will be responsible for synergizing the brands digital marketing approach and own planning, implementing, and tracking digital marketing programs for, including but not limited to paid social, affiliate marketing, re-targeting/display, and email/SMS marketing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in platform and working as part of a lean team. 

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2C Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok, Pinterest. Understanding of Display (Criteo, AdRoll), and ConnectedTV a plus. Ability to understand Google Ads, Google Analytics, and how it relates to other paid channels
  • Understanding of foundational marketing ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented (self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently)
  • Strong project management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated
  • Possesses strong intellectual curiosity and motivation to extract deep insights and understanding of performance results
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Prior media agency experience or dedicated performance media role within a company/brand team
  • Comfortable with data as well as the ability to set critical metrics for measuring program effectiveness, for instance, CPA/CPO, ROI/ROAS, AOV, LTV, CPM, etc.
  • Ability to create meaningful reports with actionable insights
