Wholesale Account Executive, West Coast

Key Responsibilities:
Driving Sales and Reorders
  • Drive wholesale sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
  • Proactively manage store inventory, assess when stores need to reorder, and encourage timely repurchases.
  • Continuously check on stores to ensure they have an optimized selection of brand's dresses.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Generate and schedule specific programs (e.g. trunk shows) to increase reorders and engage with clients.
Customer Service
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Client Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bridal shops within the designated territory.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Create and negotiate customized marketing initiatives tailored to the needs and preferences of each location
Promote Brand and Increase Awareness
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to stay updated on product offerings and trends.
  • Attend trade shows and events to showcase brand collections and network within the bridal industry.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the bridal or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Have a valid drivers licence
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for the wedding and bridal fashion industry.
  • Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time within the assigned territory.

$70,000- $75,000 + commission
