Key Responsibilities:
Driving Sales and Reorders
- Drive wholesale sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
- Proactively manage store inventory, assess when stores need to reorder, and encourage timely repurchases.
- Continuously check on stores to ensure they have an optimized selection of brand's dresses.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Generate and schedule specific programs (e.g. trunk shows) to increase reorders and engage with clients.
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bridal shops within the designated territory.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Create and negotiate customized marketing initiatives tailored to the needs and preferences of each location
Promote Brand and Increase Awareness
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to stay updated on product offerings and trends.
- Attend trade shows and events to showcase brand collections and network within the bridal industry.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the bridal or fashion industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Have a valid drivers licence
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for the wedding and bridal fashion industry.
- Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time within the assigned territory.

$70,000- $75,000 + commission
