Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Who you Are:
The Digital Senior Manager will be responsible for the digital marketing channels. This person will ensure the brand’s sales are maximized, directing the digital calendar. The Digital Senior Manager will be responsible for traffic, open and click rates, conversion, ROAS, and budget management. They will set the customer funnel strategy, working to acquire new customers and retain existing customers. This role will report into the Senior Digital Director and will ensure that all channels support E-commerce revenue, follow brand marketing guidelines, and maximize product assortment to drive digital growth.


Senior Digital Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Work with Digital Director to plan content and develop calendar for all managed channels (email, SMS, ads) to support and grow the business.
  • Report regularly on paid channel efforts and performance to optimize new customer acquisition, identify opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales growth. Manage advertising agency relationships, driving growth, identifying new channels and opportunities, and ensuring budgets are followed. Continuously work to improve key KPIs: CAC, CTR, ROAS.
  • Report regularly on CRM channel efforts and performance to increase customer retention and maximize selling. Develop email and SMS strategies, setting up and testing campaigns, optimizing and creating automated flows, and working to continuously improve key KPIs: open rate, click rate, conversion rate.
  • Drive customer segmentation and content strategy, informed by our advanced analytics platform.
  • Concept and create briefs for creative teams to support digital marketing channels.
  • Analyze product inventory to inform campaigns and photo shoot planning.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with marketing and creative teams.
  • Identify and work with cross-functional partners to resolve any issues that may arise. 
  • Manage additional special products as needed.
  • Support Site Manager for product launches through extensive QA.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of related experience in Ecommerce.
  • 3+ years experience with Shopify.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Analytical; able to process large amounts of data and draw actionable insights.
  • Thrive under tight timelines and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
  • Strong project management/time management skills.
  • Energized by cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills; able to communicate to more junior and more senior groups of colleagues.
  • Proficient with e-commerce tooling and ability to quickly learn how to navigate new programs. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, data analysis and reporting tools.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
