Based in Solon, OH, the Outbound Customer Service Representative will be comfortable with both INBOUND and OUTBOUND calling. NO COLD CALLS!
Pay: $16.00 /hour, $17 once hired in
Hours: M-F, 8-5

Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries: order status, product information, order processing, account status, sales programs, check stock, confirm delivery dates and provide freight quotes via phone, email, and fax
- Process all customer orders received by EDI, telephone, fax, email and mail through order entry system (SAP) efficiently and error free
What you'll need to be successful:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); AA or BA degree preferred but not required
- 1 year of customer contact experience
- Problem Solver
- Excellent communicator - written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/tasks at any given time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exposure to SAP, or other CRM is preferred
