Manufacturing Engineer
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager for a well-established company in Marietta Ohio. This position will lead the site engineering design and plan efforts by utilizing available and applicable technology for the site processes and performance. Additionally, manages capital projects as specified by facility requirements and goals. The Manager has a critical role in connecting operations with engineering and maintenance focuses.

Salary: $95-115K- With 5% bonus
100% Onsite
Shift: 7:30-4:00 (flexible)

Job Duties:

Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
Keeps current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.
Assist with the development and coaching of maintenance and engineering staff, including locating and utilizing training resources as needed.
Support all level of management in planning for equipment, managing the infrastructure, ancillary equipment, maintenance resources, and corrective existing discrepancies.
Analyze planned downtime of equipment to improve uptime and PM Schedules.
Maintain ISO 9001 records and facilitate calibration schedule.
AutoCAD updates of site plans and changes
Other duties as required.

Job Specifications & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering
Five years of experience in equipment maintenance and engineering with at least three year of experience at the management level.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Cost management and budgetary control ideas.
Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Strong problem-solving skills, inherent curiosity, and “hands on” engineering experience.
