IT - Sr. Testing Coordinator

IT Test Coordinator - Remote
Pay Rate: $70-$90/hour
Assignment Length: 6-8 months

The IT Testing Coordinator will coordinate the efforts of testing, documentation, tracking/monitoring issues, timeline management, updates, coordinating meetings and recap summaries.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

- Develop standard IT testing methodology and testing software configuration and ongoing maintenance for application testing.
- Coordinates test schedules across applications and events including virtual sessions to maximize participation and outcomes
- Analyze, coordinate and track QA testing efforts throughout project life cycle; including an executive dashboard to communicate testing status and results
- Manages the testing timeline and resources requirements
- Manages the development of test conditions and scenarios required to validate system functionality
- Manages the development of expected results of testing events
- Manages the execution of the tests and coordinates verification of actual results
- Ensures that appropriate documentation is completed and compiled
- Manages testing facility and environmental requirements including coordination needed to ensure application test environments are appropriate for testing
- Actively support and/or lead technical QA projects
- Create, maintain, and summarize QA related documentation and tracking to include test plans in accordance with project standards to meet organizational auditing requirements
- Reviews technical designs, mock-ups, scripts, and other work products for new functionality/features
- Participate in department process improvement initiatives - Develops testing strategy and application acceptance criteria
- Applies and upholds software QA methodologies and standards
- Review, track and validate software requirement documentation for testing traceability and coverage Act in the capacity of department SME for testing efforts to support and expedite testing
- Performs other duties as required 

Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 5 years IT experience required; 3+ plus years as software Tester / QA analyst experience required
