Epic Cadence Project Manager - Remote
Pay Rate: $80-$100/hour
Assignment Length: 12 months
The Epic Cadence Project Manager role will also be responsible for adhering to PMO processes, methodologies and artifacts, as well as participate in the value based strategic and tactical oversight for operations with a focus on continuous process improvement to ensure the best service to customers and accountability for the delivery of on-time within-budget projects that serve and support the healthcare organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assists with the development, tracking and communication of key performance indicators (KPIs) and aligns KPIs to strategic direction
- Ensures that projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget
Customers
- Create strong relationships with internal colleagues to drive measurable change
- Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to project managers, owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion.
Knowledge
- Development and presentation of executive level status reports, dashboard and meetings
Performance Management
- Motivates team to achieve strategic and tactical goals
- Coach, mentor, and motivate other project managers, business partners and contractors
- Influence staff to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within and between various project teams
- Provides clear points of contact; creates and maintains environment that fosters open, honest and transparent dialogue
- Plans and scopes all project phases and components
- Prepares and delivers both written and oral presentations to provide overview of project status, issues and the like.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Epic Cadence certification required
- 2+ years of program management preferred
- 7+ years project management experience required
- Healthcare experience required
