RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base.
- Perform tax research, working with clients on tax matters and implementing special projects, identifying and implementing tax planning, preparation of tax calculations and management of client relationships.
- Participate in recruiting and the development of staff on your team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, masters preferred
- CPA Required
- 5-7 years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend
- Proven leadership skills in developing and managing client services teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Possess effective writing, communication, and tax research skills
- Experience with tax technology is a plus
