Value Stream Manager

Do you thrive on Value Stream, Quality, and Materials management? 

In this exciting position, you will own & manage end to end safety, quality, process control, materials management, and equipment utilization. Your goals will include improving quality, delivery, and cost. In collaboration with quality and engineering, lead the improvement in system first pass yields versus agreed upon product standards · "Right the First Time, Every Time" · Lowest Delivered Cost @ Highest Quality, consistently.


  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a similar/related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience supervising "shop-floor" & salary personnel · Interpersonal skills (listening, specific versus vague communication, building trust, setting accountability) · Conflict resolution between staff · "Hands-On" mindset, enjoys being on shop-floor · Teacher, Coach
  • Demonstrated experience and success managing high manual labor manufacturing processes
  • Prior Quality Management – DESIRABLE
  • Prior Supply Chain Management – DESIRABLE
