Are you a Controller looking for a new opportunity?

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for accomplishing financial objectives by planning, organizing, and directing all economic areas, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, tax, and commodity management. Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of the company's overall financial strength by constantly monitoring the assets and commitments, providing and interpreting financial reports and analysis to leadership, and participating in short- and long-range financial and strategic planning.

Ideal Candidate:

people leadership (7 direct reports: A/R, A/P, pricing, inventory)
ability to train and hold others accountable.
ability to audit procedures/processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Enforce daily reconciliations.
approve payables.
Provide oversight and direct the organization's budgeting, auditing, taxing, accounting forecasting, and insurance activities.
Provide procedures and internal controls to maintain proper records, accounting controls, and services.

Requirements:

BS in Accounting
Industry experience is not required- prefer commodities, manufacturing (high sales tax usage)
Accounting software with data migration experience.
