In this exciting direct hire role, you will prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and reports with accuracy and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager level candidate - hands-on with daily cash flow (A/P, A/R, payroll, sales tax, bills/invoices, tax prep, making recommendations on improvements. Time allocation: ~20 hours - on accounting, 10 hours- on human resources, and ~10 hours on special projects.
Requirements include:
- accountant/bookkeeper handling daily cash flow for a small business.
- QuickBooks Desktop
- BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
