RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops program language, selects tooling to match program, equipment, and job specifications.
- Maintains and adjusts (as needed) and operates (if necessary) any and all CNC turning centers.
- Responsible for processing quality work.
- Work procedures for these operations must follow standardized methods in a clearly prescribed sequence.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Required to successfully develop, execute, and maintain all programs for CNC turning centers -- to include full "C" axis, "sub-spindle," and "live" tooling.
- Required to be proficient with all related system hardware, software, and Siemens and Emotronic T1 controls- including all established system protocols.
- Required to scope all tooling and adjust and repairs to equipment as needed.
- Required to select raw material, speeds, feeds, coolants, tooling, and plan operational sequence on the above mentioned equipment.
- Must be able to instruct all operators on the above-mentioned pieces of equipment in regards to job standards, job sequence, job safety, efficient operational sequence, and assist Supervisor in job assignments.
- Works to close tolerances and uses precision instruments and gauges to inspect work.
- Required to maintain an appropriate, clean, and safe work environment.

Compensation: $27-32/hr + shift premium + attendance bonus!!
