The Role & Responsibilities: As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of our irrigated and dryland cropping business. From machinery operation, including sowing, spraying, spreading, and harvesting, to assisting with irrigation systems using cutting-edge infrastructure, you'll have a chance to showcase and develop your skills. In this role, you’ll:
Operate modern, large-scale farming equipment using Precision Ag Technologies
Implement the cropping plan with a focus on timeliness & quality.
Assist in farm maintenance & cleaning.
Maintain farm records and liaise with consultants & suppliers.
Provide strong on-farm WHS leadership.
