Senior Station Hand

Become part of a passionate, family-run Paddock to Plate operation located in the scenic landscapes of the Riverina. We're seeking a Senior Station Hand who will play a significant role in our client's progressive farming practices and operations. The focus of this position will be on animal welfare, sustainable and regenerative farming, and pastoral management. This role reports directly to the Farm Manager and the Owners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Livestock Management: Provide comprehensive attention to the health, nutrition, and general well-being of 1,500 Angus breeders and 4,000 Merino and composite ewes.
Pastoral Management: Develop, implement, and oversee a rotational grazing program.
Maintenance and Repairs: Basic experience with farm machinery maintenance and repairs.

- Appreciation of the natural environment and a commitment to sustainable farming
- Ability to maintain accurate records for accreditations, audits, and general farm management
- Must hold a current open driver’s license
