Administrative Associate

Location: on main campus

Department/Division: Real Estate and Property Management

Job Duties: 

Answering phones, greet & screen visitors, process purchase orders, vouchers, requisitions and travel.

Experience:

· Nine years of increasingly responsible administrative, clerical or office experience. Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for five years of experience.

· High School diploma or GED is required

· Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Schedule:

Contingent Worker will commence performance of the Project beginning on January 8, 2024 and complete the Project no later than March 31, 2024.

 

Number of Contingent Worker(s):

Expected Project Time Period: 3 months

Expected Project Hours: 480 hours, 40 hours weekly for 12 weeks

Work Schedule: up to 40 hours a week, varied hours on Monday through Friday from 8-5pm, hours may vary.
