Our client, a global software and services company, is seeking a Director of Sales to join their global sales team. This virtual-based position in the U.S. will focus on selling their Discovery solutions, including Data Breach Response, eDiscovery, and Managed Document Review. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, prospecting for new customers, and nurturing and growing assigned accounts. They will collaborate with the Discovery business unit to refine solutions and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have significant experience selling Discovery services, with a focus on Data Breach Response solutions. Strong interpersonal and networking skills are a must, along with attention to detail and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce are also required. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic organization at the forefront of the legal market.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Specifically, you will:
  • Act as a member of the Sales team selling our Discovery solutions including Data Breach Response, eDiscovery, and Managed Document Review
  • Consistently achieve personal activity and revenue targets
  • Collaborate across functions at the company, in particular with the Discovery business unit
  • Actively and effectively prospect to identify new customers
  • Serve as Relationship Manager to nurture and grow assigned accounts
  • Work with the Discovery business unit to refine solutions and go-to-market strategy
  • Use Salesforce and other Sales systems/tools consistently and effectively
  • Embody the company culture and values

  • Significant experience selling Discovery services; including some years selling Data Breach Response solutions
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve established revenue and activity goals, with a focus on discovery and managed review services
  • Experience working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment

Expected salary for this role is $175,000 - $250,000 (base + commission), commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
