Our client, a leading global company in the data and professional services industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Business Development. In this remote role, you will be responsible for driving new client business and developing strategic relationships with executive and C-suite level decision-makers. This VP should bring a significant amount of experience in business development and will have the opportunity to showcase exceptional communication and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced, global environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage new business opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
- Maintain a robust deal pipeline toward targeted potential accounts to continually grow new business
- Cultivate strategic relationships with executive and C-level decision-makers
- Coordinate with global marketing and sales enablement to prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of the company's services
- Must represent the company well at key conferences and professional events
- Collaborate with operations and client engagement teams for successful client onboarding
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree with significant ESI sales experience
- Passion for enterprise transformation and interest in technology's impact on legal departments
- Strong communication skills and persuasive presence
- Self-motivated, resilient, and resourceful
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent collaboration skills to build relationships with stakeholders and third parties
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment
Expected salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors. This role is additionally eligible for compensation.
