eDiscovery Counsel

TRU is proud to be representing a large and growing national firm, seeking to add an eDiscovery Counsel to its team. This is a role for an experienced attorney who will provide both strategic and tactical support on substantive legal matters as well as across the EDRM. This role will advise on tools, assist with fact development, dive deep into data to further the narrative, and confidently make complex privilege calls. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with leading projects on eDiscovery review platforms, specifically Relativity, with an emphasis on complex search construction and results validation as well as the design of optimized review workflows. Additionally, candidates should have superior knowledge of advanced analytics concepts, TAR/CAL, and the ability to advise case teams on analytics workflows and defensibility. This is a fully remote role and candidates must be admitted attorneys.

Expected salary for this exempt role is $130,000 - $275,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors. There is potential for multiple hires at varying levels of seniority based on need.
