HealthMatch is a web-based platform that connects dental and other boutique medical practices to local job seekers. It allows practices to quick-book temp help through the platform in addition to posting for full-time & part-time positions. Our subscription model is more efficient, cost-effective, and more accountable than traditional hiring pathways. HealthMatch pairs a user-friendly interface with a skill-based matching algorithm. This reduces labor and fees required by medical practices when seeking qualified help while increasing the likelihood of a suitable match. We are launching our first product (DentaMatch) in May 2017 targeting specifically the dental market.
